Job Summary
Sweep, dust, mop, vacuum, extract carpets, and sanitize restrooms and locker rooms to maintain daily facility cleanliness. Remove trash, recycle, polish entryway areas, wash windows, and clean desks, walls, furniture, doors, glass, counters, chalkboards, whiteboards, blinds, and light fixtures. Perform any other duties as directed by the custodial supervisor. This full or part-time 2nd shift role (3pm-11:30pm, 4-8pm, or 5-9pm) runs Monday through Friday in Johnson City, Kingsport, and Jonesboro. Candidates must pass a fingerprint background check and possess reliable transportation. Optional daily pay and medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits are available.
Required Qualifications
- 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm, 4-8pm or 5-9pm)
- Monday-Friday
- Reliable transportation
- Fingerprint background check required
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, wipe, push and pull
- The ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 25 pound on a frequent basis, up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis
- Extensive walking and standing for the duration of the shift
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks with production and service time frames as established by the company
- Ability to work with various temperatures extreme from hot to cold
Desired Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience a plus but not required
