2nd Shift - Custodian

Custodian role at Sidney City School District on the 2nd shift (3:00 pm–11:30 pm) at Sidney Middle School. Responsibilities include custodial and routine maintenance to protect and preserve the building, grounds, equipment, and furnishings; maintaining a safe, orderly environment for educational and recreational activities; performing building security checks; cleaning floors, restrooms, locker rooms, and glass; restocking supplies; minor repairs (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical); operating maintenance equipment (including snow removal); complying with MSDS, AHERA, EPA, OSHA, and PERRA regulations; inventory and reporting; assisting with emergencies and district needs; and promoting a positive image of the custodial department. Required abilities include professionalism, teamwork, communication skills, time management, physical stamina, and capacity to work extended hours and travel to meetings.
