Job Summary
Perform cleaning, disassembly, and repair of flight controls, structures, stabilizers, nacelles, exhaust, and other aircraft parts. Repair, modify, replace, or overhaul aircraft parts to ensure airworthiness while adhering to FAA and customer-approved maintenance standards. Fabricate parts as required, utilizing knowledge of metal alloys and appropriate sealant application. Operate heat control units and manage work within estimated or budgeted hours. Report to the Director of Production in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This full-time role requires U.S. citizenship or permanent residency and minimum two years of aviation component repair experience.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility Requirement: Only U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this position.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in aviation component repairs.
- High school diploma required.
- Basic computer skills required such as Microsoft Suite.
- Must be able to read, write and understand English.
Desired Qualifications
- technical or trade school certifications preferred.
