Job Summary
2nd shift Community Inclusion Specialist/GSE Job Coach responsible for direct supports and on-site employment and life-skills training in employment settings or program models; develops and implements individualized treatment goals and safety/health protocols; provides transportation and community liaison support; assists with personal care and daily living activities; completes required documentation and participates in trainings; collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to empower individuals toward vocational goals and independence; requires High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's Degree preferred), CPR/First Aid, PMT and other state trainings, and a valid driver’s license; located in Waterbury, CT with hours Monday-Friday 2-10pm.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree strongly preferred; one year of relevant work experience strongly preferred; Valid driver’s license; CPR & First Aid certification; PMT and other required state trainings; ability to access PHI; clean driving record; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
