Coatings Operator – 2nd shift (5:00pm–3:30am) in East Longmeadow, MA. Responsibilities include process troubleshooting and running auxiliary equipment, loading/unloading tools, startup and monitoring processes, basic maintenance of machines including blasting, cleaning and general site maintenance, fixturing and loading parts, cleaning/preparation of chambers, and ongoing monitoring of process cycles. Requires mechanical aptitude, knowledge of vacuum tech/physics, and ability to work flexible hours.
