Job Summary
Lead the Case & Label Group in the 2nd shift (12 hours) at Seneca Foods' Geneva, NY facility, overseeing warehouse, shipping, distribution, and case & label operations. Set daily work schedules for Case & Label staff, maintain inventories of labels and boxes, manage inbound/outbound shipments, operate shop equipment (lathe, mill), train and supervise label line employees, verify paperwork and perform quality checks, assist in managing budgets for label line maintenance, and ensure effective communication across staff and shifts. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, mechanical and mathematical skills, strong English reading/writing and communication, and excellent attention to detail and organization. Pay range $25.00-$35.00/hour.
