Job Summary
Caregiver provides personal care and assists with activities of daily living to RCAC, CBRF, and Memory Care residents in Capri Communities, following care plans and adhering to organizational and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility/transfers, medical administration and reporting, plating/serving meals, light housekeeping, and facilitating resident activities. Requires CBRF certifications. Employment features a 4-day work week at select locations, weekend rotations, tuition and certification reimbursement, Pay Active, health benefits, and opportunities for training and advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work every other weekend and rotating holidays
- Must have CBRF certifications
- As a Caregiver, provide personal care and assist with ADLs to RCAC, CBRF, Memory Care residents
- Follow Resident Care plan to assist with activities of daily living, mobility and transfers, medical administration and reporting, meals, light housekeeping, resident activities
