Job Summary
Conduct precise calibration, repair, and maintenance on customer pipettes while accurately documenting all work and results in required systems. Monitor service order needs, including status updates and parts, to ensure invoicing and quality standards are met. Provide clear updates to customers and stakeholders on service findings and next steps. Flag recurring issues or improvement ideas to support continuous quality and process enhancements. Perform this onsite Monday through Friday from 12:00pm to 8:30pm at an hourly wage of $23–$25.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1–2 years of relevant technical or customer experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Technical aptitude
- Willingness to learn
- Comfortable working with small precision instruments
- Ability to follow defined procedures
- Basic familiarity with business or service systems
- Ability to learn systems quickly
- Good communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two‐year college or technical school
