Job Summary
Lead MDI board meetings and Lean-related activities; assign work schedules and coordinate overtime; ensure employee safety and EHS compliance; monitor product quality; troubleshoot simple machines, processes, or products; lead and train team leaders, provide feedback and coaching; frequently communicate with team members, supervisors, and across departments, and with plant leaders; coach other team leaders; TLDP completion and Lean principles knowledge required; role is on-site with a 2nd shift and compensation based on an hourly base rate.
