Job Summary
Inspect and clean all luggage storage bays, overhead passenger storage areas, windows, and floors. Empty trash receptacles, brush and vacuum as needed, and sanitize floors and fixtures. Clean the exterior of vehicles and fuel buses as required. Operate fuel pumps and maneuver large vehicles, including double deckers, around the facility. Understand OSHA safety rules and promote a safe work environment. This role involves overtime as required and is part of a family-oriented culture at the largest passenger transportation company in New England.
Required Qualifications
- Stamina to work a physical job that requires hard and detailed work in a fast paced environment
- Valid CT driver's license
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- 18+ years old
- Must be able to pass an in-yard driving test of all vehicles
- Must be able to maneuver large vehicles including double decker's around facility
- Operate fuel pump
- Pass a Human Performance Examination (HPE), physical exam, background investigation and drug test prior to hire
- Overtime as required
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
