Job Summary
Sr. Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse functions, ensuring materials are received from vendors, properly stocked, and shipped to meet customer specifications; lead and develop staff, manage inventory and receiving/shipping operations, monitor and maintain material-control systems, and drive productivity while ensuring safety and adherence to guidelines. Requires bilingual ability, 5+ years materials experience, 2 years supervisory experience, and a high school diploma with a preferred Bachelor's in business administration.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma is required
- Bachelor's degree in business administration preferred
- 5+ years related experience in materials function
- 2 years supervisory experience required
- Advanced knowledge of quick-turn, ship-on-demand environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop, lead and motivate team members to ensure daily goals are met
- Ability to work effectively with operations and other groups to ensure that site delivery and quality issues are met
