Job Summary
The 2nd Shift Batch Maker at AAK Foodservice is responsible for manufacturing bulk food products according to daily production schedules while adhering to safety and quality standards. Key responsibilities include reading formulas, recording production and test data, monitoring gauges, operating blending machines, and conducting in-process product testing. Candidates are expected to possess a high school diploma or GED, have related experience, and demonstrate strong multi-tasking abilities under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Experience operating in a fast paced, ready to eat food facility a plus
- Ability to be self-guided and motivated to operate independently
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
