2nd shift Bakery Processing Operator - $21.40/hour

Operate processing and baking machinery to produce products meeting Quality Assurance guidelines, adjusting temperatures, moisture, and raw material weights as needed. Monitor production for foreign matter and improper formation, then remove defective items. Execute equipment changeovers and preventative maintenance while following sanitation procedures and chemical handling protocols. Read batch sheets, weigh ingredients, and log metrics including temperatures and mix times. Move raw materials using forklifts and pallet jacks to maintain proper inventory levels. Adhere to safety, hygiene, and 5S guidelines, including reporting injuries and defective equipment. Mandatory overtime may be required. Located in Ashland.
