Job Summary
Supervise the Drip Mold Department on 2nd shift (3:30 p.m.–2:00 a.m., Mon–Thu), including scheduling materials, inspecting printed products for conformance, directing equipment setup and adjustments, reviewing production schedules, and assigning jobs to qualified personnel. Lead efforts to improve production methods, equipment performance, and print quality; analyze problems and assist subordinates. Manage timekeeping, production records, and performance appraisals; interview, hire, and train employees; administer disciplinary actions with management approval. Ensure compliance with ISO Quality System and applicable safety and hazardous waste regulations; coordinate with other supervisors to align department activities. Requires English fluency, basic math/reading/computer skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Kromax, DeMak, and LCC is noted as preferred/required. Familiarity with cost-saving, quality improvement, and team-oriented dynamics is expected.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic math, reading, and computer skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Must be fluent in English
- Experience with Kromax, DeMak, and LCC (preferred/required)
