Job Summary
Assistant Lead Bottling Line Operator at Deep Eddy Vodka facility in Buda, TX, supporting the Bottling Line Lead to keep the line running smoothly during evening hours, inspect bottles for quality, provide direction to team members, help train new employees, assist in line operations and problem-solving, and maintain a clean, organized workspace using 5S practices. The role involves performing all positions on the line as needed, communicating effectively with the Lead and Supervisor, and ensuring packaging meets quality standards while handling material movement and equipment as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience, preferably in a line or assembly operator capacity
- Knowledge of and ability to do all positions on the line
- Deep knowledge of how the line runs and ability to assist with operating decisions
- Keen eye for product and package quality requirements
- Willingness and ability to work within the constructs of a team
- Excellent verbal communication skills with team members and Supervisor
