Assemble wire harnesses according to detailed specifications and blueprints, ensuring components are correctly installed and secured. Perform quality control checks throughout the assembly process to maintain high standards and prevent defects. Use crimping tools, wire strippers, soldering irons, and multimeters to attach connectors, test electrical circuits, and ensure reliable bonds. Work closely with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues, communicate challenges, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in team meetings to share insights and implement efficient production techniques. This role ensures the reliability and safety of electrical connections for automotive, aerospace, and industrial equipment.
