Job Summary
Directs crane operations during the lifting and placement of precast panels, using rigging devices and maintaining continuous two-way radio communication with the crane operator to guide movements, safeguard loads, and ensure proper storage and shipping. Emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to procedures in a fast-paced production/field environment; requires the ability to climb ladders, man-lifts, and scaffolding, work from heights, and perform physically demanding tasks (up to 75 lbs) while wearing required PPE. Welcomes collaboration across operations, manufacturing, and field roles and supports a culture of mutual accountability and continuous safety improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- effective communication skills
- team-oriented
- ability to climb ladders, man-lifts and scaffolding and work from heights
- able to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally
- adheres to safety policies and procedures
