Job Summary
Conduct janitorial, sanitation, and general cleaning duties throughout assigned plant areas, including restrooms, wash stations, hallways, stairways, offices, and break areas. Restock required sanitation and janitorial supplies. Perform miscellaneous tasks such as washing windows, cleaning offices, and painting. Assist the sanitation team with additional cleaning assignments as needed. Immediately report mechanical problems, unsafe conditions, or safety concerns to the supervisor. Wear required personal protective equipment and follow all safety procedures. Adhere to plant hygiene, Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety, quality, food security, and plant security requirements. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Work in hot, cold, wet, and noisy environments while lifting up to 20 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 100 pounds.

- Basic math and recordkeeping skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
- Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, and noisy environments
- Ability to work mandatory overtime as required
- Dependable attendance and safe work habits
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Desired Qualifications
- Previous sanitation, janitorial, manufacturing, or food-processing experience
