Job Summary
The 2nd Provision Master is responsible for maintaining F&B stores, including recording, controlling, and issuing inventory to operational departments; informing the F&B Storekeeper of slow-moving items; monitoring consumption trends; reporting discrepancies; assisting in internal loading of stores items; issuing last-minute orders; and ensuring compliance with inventory and product control policies. The role involves maintaining records regarding public health and sanitation standards, coordinating with F&B management and other departments, upholding safety policies, and performing all General Emergency Organization duties as directed. Strong communication, inventory management, and adherence to sanitation regulations are essential, along with a proactive, professional service orientation to onboard teams in a diverse cultural environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years prior experience in a large F&B Store environment
- Solid knowledge of Food and Beverage storage and preservation techniques, processes and procedures
- Basic knowledge of Public Health and Sanitation regulations and procedures
- Good English language skills, both verbal and written
- Motivation to excel in all aspects of job duties and responsibilities
- Personable communicator with outstanding social skills and a warm, friendly, and caring personality
- Commitment to establish and maintain courteous and professional working relationships in a diverse cultural environment
