2nd or 3rd Shift Paint Production Manager

Production Manager for 2nd or 3rd shift in the Athens, GA paint department. You will supervise and direct daily activities of production-line workers, train new hires, manage scheduling, ensure safety and quality standards, and coordinate cross-functionally to maintain operating procedures. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, initiate and conduct process improvements with Team Leads, and enforce standard work procedures. Top candidates will have 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, experience with powder coat and liquid paint systems, pre-treat chemical application, shot blast operations, and Lean/Six Sigma Greenbelt proficiency. Key responsibilities include coordinating tasks across teams, promoting collaboration, and driving performance management within the facility.
