Job Summary
Lead MDI board meetings and Lean activities while assigning work schedules and coordinating overtime to ensure effective product flow. Troubleshoot simple machines, processes, or employee issues and monitor product quality to maintain adherence to EHS requirements. Lead and train team leaders, providing feedback and coaching on problem-solving and Lean principles. Communicate frequently with team members, supervisors, and plant leaders across departments. Requires TLDP completion, experience as a Team Leader, and knowledge of Lean Principles. On-site five-day schedule with hourly pay starting at $23.00.
