Job Summary
Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment associated with building, production, and utilities. Perform preventative maintenance inspections and develop a documented preventive maintenance plan. Requires lifting up to 50 pounds and working in hot, humid areas, as well as the ability to handle dust and starch particles. Opportunities for advancement into Electrical, HVAC, and Leadership roles are available. Pay ranges from $32.70 to $33.85 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, paid vacation, and participation in a 401k plan.
Required Qualifications
- Maintenance training/degree
- Experience in manufacturing maintenance
- Self-motivated and strong drive for results
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Able to climb a ladder
- Ability to work in hot and humid conditions

- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and/or food processing, quality standards, hygiene, work safety
