Job Summary
Provide 2nd Line IT support for the Monahans hub in Swindon or Trowbridge, balancing on-site end-user support with collaboration across central IT to ensure reliable, secure, and well-performing technology. Resolve laptops/desktops/peripherals/applications issues via ticketing, manage user lifecycles and AD/Microsoft 365 configurations, perform routine system checks, patching, and vulnerability management, and support security tooling (SentinelOne, Qualys, Mimecast, Microsoft 365 Security Portal). Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams; focus on Windows 11 endpoint environments, M365 administration, Mimecast email security, and cloud/server operations; maintain documentation and procedures, and uphold a strong customer-service approach.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience in a 2nd Line role within a multisite or professional services environment
- Good working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
- Comfortable taking calls and working with a ticketing system
- Strong customer service mindset with clear communication skills
- Willingness to learn, follow procedures, and escalate issues when appropriate
