2nd Grade Teacher

Design and deliver standards-aligned instruction in a K–5 classroom setting while managing culture and supporting whole-child development. Use formative and summative assessment data to adjust instruction and meet individual student needs, implementing a tiered system of support. Coordinate instruction across grade levels and communicate regularly with parents, coaches, and administrators regarding student progress. Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and collaborative planning sessions to maintain a safe, organized, and productive environment. This role involves full-time employment with Global Educational Excellence, a network of charter schools focused on academic achievement and community.
