2nd Grade Teacher Elementary

Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill district curriculum requirements while presenting subject matter according to Texas Education Agency guidelines. Prepare accommodations for diverse learning styles, conduct ongoing assessments of student achievement, and collaborate with special education teachers to modify curricula per Individual Education Plans. Manage student behavior, supervise teacher aides and volunteers, and establish open communication with parents and staff. Assume responsibility for extracurricular activities and participate in faculty meetings and staff development. Maintain professional relationships with colleagues, students, and community members while complying with all state and district regulations.
