Job Summary
IDEA Donna Academy seeks a 2nd Grade Co-Teacher to jointly deliver Direct Instruction Curriculum (DI) under guidance of a lead teacher and assistant principal. Responsibilities include assisting in student instruction and development, maintaining records, delivering the DI Curriculum, practicing lesson delivery, communicating student progress weekly with families, implementing a clear behavior-management system aligned with campus initiatives, and contributing to a positive school culture. The role requires 48 college hours or a bachelor’s degree and 1+ year(s) of classroom or volunteer experience with children. Required Qualifications
