Job Summary
Operate and maintain spray painting and sandblasting equipment for applying industrial coatings; ensure proper use of paint, ventilation, compressed air, blast media and PPE to apply sprayed, rolled, or brushed coatings in an industrial setting. Requires 3+ years painting experience, a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, ability to pass background and drug screening, and reliable transportation. NACE/SSPC certification is preferred; some vocational training is a plus. Position is full-time with first and second shift options; compensation starts at $22/hour based on experience. Must be authorized to work in the USA and able to work in a fabrication/industrial environment with potential exposure to fumes and mechanical hazards.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience with painting

- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Must have dependable transportation

- Some vocational technical training is desired (Nice to Have)
- Ideal candidates should have NACE and SSPC Industrial Painting Certification
