2nd and 3rd Shift Machine Operator

Operate and maintain production-line equipment on 2nd or 3rd shift, including set-up, start-up, and changeover. Troubleshoot line performance issues, accurately document downtime, and perform sanitation as assigned. Conduct and document quality checks, monitor for process or product abnormalities, and communicate concerns to Supervisors/Team Leaders. Coordinate with previous/next shifts and other team members; assist with other duties as assigned. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in areas with dust and starch particles, in hot and humid conditions; basic manufacturing/food processing knowledge preferred.
