Job Summary
Powder Coater Level 1 responsible for applying powder coating to products under direction of department Lead or supervisor. Maintain a clean work environment, hit specified mil ranges per powder or customer specs, clean and maintain powder guns, and follow safety procedures with protective equipment. Role emphasizes high-energy, detail-oriented, customer-focused performance in a fast-paced coating department. Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fabrication shop environment. Includes opportunities for growth and cross-department collaboration within an industrial manufacturing setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of powder coating or qualifying experience preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 100lbs
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Exposure to shop elements (noise, dust, odors, chemicals)
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years powder coating experience preferred
