Job Summary
Operate motorized forklifts, manage waste water operations including chemical inventory and adjustments, and oversee truck loading/unloading while maintaining bay cleanliness. Perform general housekeeping, sweeping, and power washing; lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, and work in all-weather conditions. Complete necessary documentation for additive addition and truck activities. Work any shift, overtime, and weekends as required. This role supports both waste water operations and material handling at Stratas Foods facilities, requiring comfort working at heights and using specialized tools.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Possess basic knowledge of working with/around ammonia systems
- Basic computer knowledge (data entry)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

- Must be able to unload/load finished goods and scrap trucks
- Must be able to ensure cleanliness of waste water, loading/unloading bay, and general clean up
- Must be able to fill out necessary paperwork for additive addition and placing additives into tanks
- Must be able to complete the necessary documentation for truck loading/unloading and waste water
- Must be able to perform duties as backup for Operator 1 – Mix Operator
- Must be able to understand and perform basic tasks as needed within the M3 inventory system
