2nd/3rd Shift Machine Operators/Assistants Needed

Job Summary
Press operator duties on 2nd or 3rd shift (2:45pm-10:45pm or 10:45pm-6:45am) including tearing down and setting up jobs, assisting with setup, meeting daily production goals, and ensuring high-quality material per customer specs. Responsibilities include following safety policies and SOPs, working in a team, adapting to changing conditions, and minimizing waste. Requires mechanical skills, problem solving, ability to read a tape measure, basic computer skills, clear communication, and physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs with hoist (70 lbs without), stand up to 8-12 hours, and work in hot/humid environments while wearing PPE such as safety glasses, hearing protection, hairnet, gloves, and other PPE as required.
