Job Summary
2nd/3rd Shift Care Staff needed for a BRAND NEW assisted living community in Apex, NC. Provide personal care for residents, assist with medication self-administration, ensure resident hygiene, record vital signs, maintain resident safety, complete incident reports, assist with meal service, and monitor residents for changes in condition. Must be reliable, compassionate, and able to communicate effectively with residents and families; weekend availability required. Experience in caregiving and a mature, attentive approach are strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Caregiver experience strongly preferred
- Must have compassion and a desire to work with seniors
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and families
- Ability to adapt to each resident and setting
- Reliable, responsive and attentive
- 18 years or older with a demonstrated maturity
- Must be available to work weekends
