Job Summary
Coordinate and supervise operational activities for the MIT, Clinical Assistants, and Patient Care Assistant teams at the South West Health Campus. Maintain and develop the clinical staff roster, oversee QA monitoring and physicist testing, and ensure safe, efficient equipment use by resolving faults and advising management. Liaise with Radiologists, modality supervisors, and stakeholders to support ongoing service growth and development. Participate in the clinical roster with flexibility, providing technical direction and deputy support to the Regional Services Manager.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience working in a radiology practice
- experience in day-to-day operations of a specialist area
- Proven leadership ability
- proficiency in supervising staff designated to their area of supervision
- proven record in training and teaching of both undergraduate and postgraduate staff
- Degree qualified in Medical Imaging
- Strong working knowledge and experience with RIS/PACS
