2hr Shifts - North Hero - Caregiver

In-Home Caregiver positions available in the North Hero/North Burlington area offering both part-time and full-time shifts. Responsibilities include assisting clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting), mobility/transfers, light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying), meal preparation, providing companionship, monitoring health changes, medication reminders, and accompanying clients to appointments or errands. Must be able to follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors. Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required; CPR/First Aid certification is a plus. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred. Weekly pay offered at $33/hour; opportunities for advancement and ongoing training; benefits include a 401(k) match and paid sick time. No formal training required to start; open to individuals entering the healthcare field from diverse backgrounds (restaurant/retail, nannying, housekeeping, ride-share, social work, etc.).
