Job Summary
Lead the 2Door activity transformation and daily operations across France, Belgium, and Luxembourg by coordinating Operations, Commerce, Tech, and external partners. Execute the Paack carve-out, expand remaining service zones, and industrialize operational processes with sustainable KPIs and governance tools. Manage team growth for HOM scaling while tracking volumes, quality, and costs. Negotiate partner relationships and ensure 100% coverage during peak periods. Structure and lead a dedicated team, recruiting and developing talent in a challenging, entrepreneurial environment.
Required Qualifications
- Expérience solide en gestion de projet complexe et/ou pilotage opérationnel
- Idéalement en logistique / Last Mile
- Leadership d'influence
- Esprit analytique, orienté résultats, autonome et à l'aise avec les données (Excel, Power BI)
- Excellent relationnel avec des interlocuteurs variés : terrain, commerce, finance, tech, direction
