Job Summary
Design and develop wiring harness systems for Engine and Genset applications, preparing schematics, formboard layouts, and wire lists using Zuken E3. Conduct interference checks, routing harmonization, and packaging validation while managing obsolescence and change control through SAP and Windchill. Support prototype builds, installation trials, and root cause analysis for harness-related issues, actively contributing to DFMEA, DVP, and DFM reviews. Manage obsolescence for BOM components and execute routing optimization for quality and manufacturability. Requires 6+ years of experience with strong Zuken E3, Windchill, and SAP proficiency.
