Job Summary
On-premise Warehouse Supervisor responsible for monitoring and guiding a team to meet company objectives. Oversees daily operations, ensures inventory integrity, schedules staff, and coordinates with upper management. Responsible for vendor interactions, vehicle maintenance, and ensuring on-time customer order delivery. Enforces safety and OSHA regulations, promotes organization and productivity, and supports coaching and training of subordinates. Requires ability to travel to local and state facilities as needed; not a work-from-home role. Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of handling scheduling, time management, and leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- 1-2 years supervisor or relevant role experience
- ability to communicate across departments
- read, comprehend and write simple instructions
- able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- able to move pallets up to 2400 pounds with tools
- competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
