Overnight On Premise Receiver role handling receiving and verification of shipments using RF scanner, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and invoices, documenting variances/damages, securing doors, maintaining organized receiving area, preparing inventory, and supporting accounts payable with Troubled Invoice forms. Must operate dolly/pallet jack, support inventory processes, maintain safe work practices per OSHA, and collaborate with management, vendors, drivers, and coworkers in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Requires attention to detail, teamwork, time-management, and the ability to work 6pm–2am with attendance and reliability emphasized. The position is based at the Austin, TX warehouse (US) with full-time hours andFriday/Saturday availability.
