Job Summary
On-premise Receiver for the AM shift (7a-3p) in Austin, TX. Primary duties include receiving and verifying shipments against purchase orders and invoices using an RF scanner, unwrapping as needed, noting variances, and communicating issues to accounts payable via a Troubled Invoice Form. Maintain secure and orderly receiving areas, lock doors when not in use, and ensure products are verified before removal. Assist with inventory processes, maintain filing systems, and collaborate with vendors, drivers, and merchandisers. Operate a dolly and/or pallet jack, adhere to safety regulations (OSHA), and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Requires 1-2 years in a similar role and a high school diploma or GED; full-time availability with flexibility for Friday/Saturday shifts. No remote work; outdoor warehouse environment with physical demands including lifting up to 50-100 lbs and operating industrial equipment.
Required Qualifications
