Job Summary
Custodial Trainee is part of the SEP group, training in custodial services at Company and/or Contract facilities as part of a 3-4 trainee enclave under a Job Coach to prepare for Competitive Integrated Employment; performs daily cleaning tasks (floors, lobby, restrooms, offices, public areas), vacuums, dusts, empties trash, cleans interior glass, maintains equipment, follows safety rules and PPE policies, and may undergo drug screening and background checks as part of pre-employment requirements.
