Job Summary
Retail Trainee in Goodwill Southern California's Supported Employment Program (SEP) working in a small group with a Job Coach and Retail Management Team to gain hands-on experience in a real retail environment. Responsibilities include providing friendly service to customers and donors, processing donations, maintaining store organization, assisting donors in the donation room, pricing and tagging apparel and items, supporting floor recovery, and participating in tasks aligned with individual program goals. Training emphasizes skill-building, mentorship from a dedicated Job Coach, and a pathway toward Competitive Integrated Employment in the community.
Required Qualifications
- Enrollment in Goodwill SoCal’s Supported Employment Program (required)
