Job Summary
Conduct respiratory therapy services for patients undergoing endoscopy and day surgery procedures at Stratford General Hospital and Clinton Public Hospital. Provide patient care, monitor vital signs, and manage airway equipment within a multidisciplinary team environment. Maintain current certifications in NRP and ACLS while ensuring compliance with College of Respiratory Therapists of Ontario standards. This temporary full-time role supports the Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance's multi-site network, offering opportunities for career growth and mentorship in a collaborative setting.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program
- Currently registered with the College of Respiratory Therapists of Ontario
- Member in good standing with the Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapists and/or the Respiratory Therapy Society of Ontario
- Current certification in NRP
- Current certification in ACLS
- Ability to function effectively in a multidisciplinary environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Mature, flexible and organized
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of three years' relevant clinical experience preferred
