28 Summer ITS Intern RMR

Intern in Plante Moran's Summer ITS program focusing on international tax consulting. You will support cross-border inbound/outbound tax work, assist with tax services for individuals working in US and foreign countries, and help prepare and review global tax return compliance for US companies. The role includes opportunities to interact with the tax engagement team, research developments in the international arena affecting clients, and develop meaningful interactions across staff and offices while gaining exposure to both tax and tax consulting across service lines. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills, pursuing a Bachelor's in accounting (or a Master's in accounting/tax, or an LLM), and on track to CPA eligibility; a willingess to travel locally, nationally, or internationally may be required. This is a non-exempt, primarily in-person internship with flexibility to determine daily working environment in coordination with the supervisor and team; strong emphasis on a collaborative, inclusive culture.
