27-25 Special Education Paraprofessional w/ABA

Provide social-emotional, behavioral, and instructional support to students with disabilities using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other methodologies. Monitor student behavior per Individual Education Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans, while delivering discrete trial instruction and maintaining detailed outcome data and graphs. Adapt teaching strategies based on student learning styles and progress, offering verbal prompting, redirection, and modeling to help students access the curriculum. Assist with crisis management using district-approved safety protocols, manage personal care tasks, and conduct assessments as directed by teachers or Behavior Analysts. Reports to the Principal and Director of Student Services with guidance from BCBA and specialists. Full-time role starting 8/31/2026 at Elmwood Elementary, Hopkinton, MA, with potential Extended School Year coverage.
