The MA II performs patient care duties under the delegation of a licensed practitioner, fully competent in clinical needs/functions while adhering to established policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school for medical assistants
- Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program
- Completed two years of medical training in the armed forces
- Minimum one year of experience as a medical assistant with clinical skills
- Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Certification
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 6 months of Healthcare experience
- 6 months of Medical Assistant experience
