2631 Sprinkler Technician

Job Summary
Role involves servicing and maintaining fire sprinkler systems across a range of commercial, healthcare, government, and industrial sites. Responsibilities include inspection, testing, and maintenance; fault finding, diagnosis, and rectification of defects; minor installation, alteration and upgrade work; providing on-site technical support and advice; preparing service documentation and compliance records; and participating in rostered after-hours callouts. Requires proven on-the-tools sprinkler technician experience (minimum 5 years), strong fault-finding skills, knowledge of NZS 4541 and sprinkler compliance, a full NZ driver licence, and the ability to work safely at heights. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience on the tools as a sprinkler technician
- NZQA Fixed Fire Systems Level 4 qualification (preferred) or commitment to achieving it
- Full valid New Zealand driver licence

- 5+ years of experience as sprinkler technician
