Pennwood Cyber Charter School seeks a state-certified Art Teacher to deliver asynchronous and synchronous instruction to K-12 students from a home office in Pennsylvania. Responsibilities include grading, lesson preparation, student/parent communications, collaboration with PLCs, developing and updating Personal Learning Plans, adapting instruction for student understanding, maintaining student records, supporting IEPs, coordinating with Engagement and Counseling departments, organizing field trips and school events, and participating in state assessments and marketing efforts. Requires strong technology skills (Microsoft Office and Google Suite), excellent written and oral communication, organization, flexibility, and ability to work remotely with occasional travel and evening hours. Must have Pennsylvania residency and be certified to teach Middle School and/or High School in PA; endorsements in EL or multiple subject areas are a plus.
