Lead the Quality Assurance department by building and shaping a high-performing team while driving sustainable improvements within a modern, data-driven manufacturing environment. Ensure and continuously enhance quality processes through close collaboration with production, engineering, and supply chain units. Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding all quality-related inquiries. Requires a technical education at HF/FH level, extensive experience leading QA teams, and expertise in QA methods, standards, and Industry 4.0 processes. Fluency in German and English is essential.
