Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources (ATM, online banking, mobile banking). Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently while building relationships to meet clients’ financial needs. Conduct deep conversations to understand clients' financial priorities and connect them to solutions in lending, investments, small business, and other bank services. Proactively manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls, and drive a high-quality client experience. Follow established processes to adhere to laws and regulations, and collaborate with experts to expand knowledge in small business, lending, and investments. Educate clients on self-service technologies and banking tools, and support the client journey through defining needs and proposing appropriate solutions. The role requires ability to work weekends/extended hours and to travel to any financial center location within a reasonable distance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree
- Six months of cash handling experience
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment
- Knowledge of financial services industry and products
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Weekend and extended hours availability
- Massachusetts residency or willingness to travel between financial centers within reasonable distance
