Lead a settlements accounting team responsible for daily and monthly revenue settlement processes, ensuring accurate cash reconciliations, pricing, and volumes, while collaborating with Marketing, Revenue Accounting, and Operations. Manage and develop analysts, oversee controls to prevent financial leakage, drive process improvements, and support monthly close with variance analysis and producer imbalances. Strong emphasis on production data flows, midstream allocation concepts, and contract/price validation; must apply technical accounting expertise and cross-functional leadership to ensure timely, accurate settlements.
